Office Manager/ Executive Assistant

  • Work as admin support for executive team including the CEO and the President
  • Miscellaneous accounting clerical duties including light accounts payable and receivable
  • Front desk duties - including during corporate events that may be outside of general business hours
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
  • Maintain the office environment to at all times reflect positively on the company
  • Order and maintain stock of office supplies as well as kitchen food, beverages and consumables
  • Shipping & handling of product to client sites (no heavy lifting and generally not a large volume of packages)



  • BA/BS degree or in progress or,
  • Associate degree with commensurate experience



  • Exceptional customer service and written/verbal communication skills
  • Willing to learn/work with new technology tools/equipment for traditional tasks
  • Ability to manage scheduling for multiple executives
  • Self starter and have the ability to work in self-directed manner within timelines
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability and flexibility to correctly prioritize tasks
  • Ability to identify issues/problems and offer effective solutions
